Dr. Reese grew up in McDuffie County and graduated from Thomson High School in 1997.  She attended the University of Georgia and graduated from the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003 with honors.  Dr. Reese is a small animal, general practitioner and enjoys soft tissue surgery.  In addition to surgery, she enjoys wellness/preventative care and educating clients. 

Dr. Reese is married to Bobby Rachels and they have 2 children.  Outside of work, Dr. Reese enjoys traveling and music.  She is an active, lifelong member of Macedonia Methodist Church. 

After spending years working in other industries, I made the decision to pursue a career change to veterinary medicine. Working in the field of veterinary medicine for the last 14 years I hold an Associate of Science degree as a Veterinary Technician and maintain licensing in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Veterinary Technician.  I find more personal fulfillment working each day to enhance the lives of my patients and clients through compassionate care.  Working at Reese Veterinary Hospital, I am fortunate to work with a veterinarian and team that share our common goals.
